Suite Inspections for a Seamless Stay

Our pre-arrival suite inspections cover a range of aspects to guarantee your comfort and satisfaction. The following are just a few of what you can expect from us:

  • A DelSuites Welcome Bag, complete with sweet or salty treats, coffee, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, sponges, and two bottles of water.
  • Meticulously test small appliances like toasters and coffee makers so they’re in working order when you arrive.
  • Check dishes and glassware for any chips, cracks, or other issues for your safety and convenience.
  • A stack of useful stationery such as departure envelopes, notepads, and pens to help you stay organized. If there’s no desk in your suite, these items are conveniently placed on the TV stand.
  • In the entryway and closet, you will find essentials like a vacuum, broom and dustpan, spare light bulbs in a basket, coat hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a boot tray.

As an additional service ($), we offer a pre-arrival grocery service to have anything you need waiting for you in the suite upon your arrival. Plus, if you need to stock up before you arrive, we offer pre-access for a friend or family member.

We’re finally coming to the end of the COVID-19 quarantine, and that means that public events, restaurants, theaters, and rental properties can safely open up again. There’s no better time to get that business trip you’ve been wanting to schedule for all this time.

Toronto is the perfect place to get started. You have a ton of lucrative opportunities in such an active and lively city. Restrictions have recently been lifted in the area, and many building amenities have opened up as well. Scheduling a rental doesn’t have to be a headache, so take the time to make your stay a comfortable one.

Pre-Arrival Services

First impressions matter, so we always have a “Points of Perfection” inspection to make sure everything is working as intended before you reach the room. We offer pre-arrival packages for all our new stays as well that contains:

  • Directions to the property
  • Confirmations for your reservations
  • Any special requests you’ve made

Grocery Service

One of the first things you do in your new place is to purchase groceries. To take some manual work off your plate, let us bring them to you directly when you move in with our pre-arrival grocery service! The cost will be conveniently added to your standard invoice. Delivery will be coordinated with move-in and be added directly to the fridge so that foods remain fresh when they reach you.

DelSuites also strategically selects our locations so that you’re always near a grocery store, some of which may be open 24/7. Ask Guest Services for recommendations and directions.

Too busy or need to focus your time on other things than just groceries? No problem! Get in touch with us for easy shopping at your convenience. You can also use other popular grocery delivery services like Instacart or Gateway.

During Your Stay

We firmly believe that our job doesn’t end on the move-in day. Guest Services will continue to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests. That’s why there’s a welcome message in the first few days to check on your satisfaction. Need anything specific or want an in-suite orientation? Just ask about our services (additional charges apply). Some of what we offer includes:

  • Housekeeping to keep the room in perfect shape every time you get home.
  • Airport transportation. Make travel easier both to and from the rental.
  • Family services. Bringing the kids? We have cribs, playpens, and other useful touches.

In fact, don’t be afraid to ask whenever you want, even after hours. Our On-Call Manager is available during fires, floods, lost keys, and other emergencies.

Health and Safety

We’re not quite out of the woods yet when it comes to COVID-19. We’re committed to the safety of our guests, no matter how big or small the risk is.

  • Extra linens and towels are available in your suite. You also have a washer and dryer to refresh them.
  • Isolated garbage disposal. Check your arrival package for information on how we dispose of trash with maximum sanitation precautions.
  • Virtual tours are offered as an alternative to a physical visit. Just ask our Sales Team by video chat or phone call.

Whether you’re an out-of-town guest or a local in need of temporary residence, it’s the little details that really matter most. From arranging transportation from and to the airport to ensuring you receive a clean, well-appointed furnished apartment, the DelSuites Guest Services Team are keenly aware of the details that can make or break your experience.

As Erin Conaty, Guest Services Manager shares, “we offer guests’ personalized service with a friendly face.” This means you’ll not only receive a welcome greeting, but you’ll also receive a complete suite orientation by a Guest Services team member if requested. Similar to a hotel’s concierge, the Guest Services Team are available to quickly source the items you may have forgotten and can assist with recommendations for local area restaurants and attractions.

Meticulous Attention to Every Detail

Even before you put your key in the door, our Points of Perfection program makes it possible for the Guest Services Team to ensure you have the best stay possible. Through the program, a DelSuites representative thoroughly inspects all suites, to guarantee that it will meet guests’ expectations. “We are committed to having our guests feel like they are at home without the worries of having to take care of their home,” explains Conaty.

From confirming that the suite’s appliances are in working order to checking that the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with linens, the team takes note to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed. But even when something does go awry, Conaty says that guests can be assured that a member of her team, which includes an after hours On-Call Manager, will have the situation rectified within 24 hours or less.

As an added bonus, you can also take advantage of the complimentary weekly cleaning services, to help you maintain a well-ordered suite for the duration of your stay.

By simply completing the DelSuites online form prior to your arrival, you’ll have all your favourites waiting at your temporary home, no matter what time of the day or night you arrive. In addition to the pre-arrival grocery shop, through a coordinated program with Grocery Gateway, guests can take full advantage of customized grocery shopping services throughout their stay. Groceries ordered through the Grocery Gateway on line service will be delivered to your door, leaving you plenty of free time to relax and use the many amenities the building offers or explore the city.
