DelSuites Furnished Rentals turns 14!

It is with great pleasure to announce our 14th anniversary! On Monday October 8th, 1998, DelSuites was incorporated.

Fourteen years have passed since we first opened our doors to providing furnished rentals in Toronto. 

We have under gone many changes to continue being the leading Corporate Housing in Toronto & GTA. 

It’s something we have worked hard to accomplish and would like to recognize the staff , customers and partners that have made this possible.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in us! We look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations!!

New Sales Manager to lead DelSuites – Anne Bennett

DelSuites is pleased to announce the appointment of Sales Manager, effective immediately.

Anne Bennett has been in Corporate Housing for over 15 years, and has in-depth knowledge of the Relocation & Corporate Housing industry, both nationally and internationally.

“I am honored to work with Tridel and to head Sales in Toronto for DelSuites,” said Anne Bennett.

As a Sales Manager, Anne will responsible for creating successful relationships with our corporate clientele, Sales members and partners with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.  Dan Henderson, General manager commented, “We are delighted to welcome Anne to the DelSuites team .Her understanding of the relocation industry combined with corporate housing will ensure DelSuites remains competitive, while offering unrivaled value to our guests.”

Furnished Rentals in Toronto & Building Opportunities for Life :: DelSuites

On the last Friday of every month, Tridel’s employees, partners, family and friends work together to make a difference to provide learning opportunities for the youth of Toronto.

Part of the DelSuites Team Supporting B.O.L.T

The DelSuites Team donated funds to help provide scholarships for youth pursuing careers in the construction industry.

In 2010, the goal was to provide 1 scholarship. With the support of our team, we are proud to announce that we were able help contribute to provide 5 scholarships!

This was done through our business casual and denim day on the last Friday of every month where donations of  $5 or more are accepted.

In addition to $5.00 Fridays, DelSuites short term rentals in Toronto also participates in raising funds through activities such as the Tridel Annual Golf Tournament  and other fund raising events and private donations.

Director of Sales, Elle Crane, Leaving After 13 Years of Service

We would like to announce today that Elle Crane will be leaving the company after 13 years of dedicated service.

Since being hired in May 1999, Ms. Crane has played a pivotal role in creating and growing the company to its award-winning position.

In addition to managing sales, Elle developed and managed key national accounts through partnering with affiliate Corporate Housing companies and building a strong network of providers across Canada.

General Manager, Dan Henderson said, “The distinction of DelSuites’ quality of Toronto furnished apartments and personalized service, derives from the dedicated efforts of people like Elle Crane. She has made a significant contribution to our company’s success during her tenure.  We wish Elle continued success in her new career with Oakwood as a Supply Chain Manager for Canada.”

DelSuites has begun recruitment efforts to employ a new Director of Sales and to continue the growth of the company.

From arranging transportation from and to the airport to ensuring you receive a clean, well-appointed furnished apartment, the DelSuites Guest Services Team are keenly aware of the details that can make or break your experience.

As Erin Conaty, Guest Services Manager shares, “we offer guests’ personalized service with a friendly face.” This means you’ll not only receive a welcome greeting, but you’ll also receive a complete suite orientation by a Guest Services team member if requested. Similar to a hotel’s concierge, the Guest Services Team are available to quickly source the items you may have forgotten and can assist with recommendations for local area restaurants and attractions.

Meticulous Attention to Every Detail

Even before you put your key in the door, our Points of Perfection program makes it possible for the Guest Services Team to ensure you have the best stay possible. Through the program, a DelSuites representative thoroughly inspects all suites, to guarantee that it will meet guests’ expectations. “We are committed to having our guests feel like they are at home without the worries of having to take care of their home,” explains Conaty.

From confirming that the suite’s appliances are in working order to checking that the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with linens, the team takes note to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed. But even when something does go awry, Conaty says that guests can be assured that a member of her team, which includes an after hours On-Call Manager, will have the situation rectified within 24 hours or less.

As an added bonus, you can also take advantage of the complimentary weekly cleaning services, to help you maintain a well-ordered suite for the duration of your stay.

In addition to the pre-arrival grocery shop, through a coordinated program with Grocery Gateway, guests can take full advantage of customized grocery shopping services throughout their stay. Groceries ordered through the Grocery Gateway on line service will be delivered to your door, leaving you plenty of free time to relax and use the many amenities the building offers or explore the city.
