POLICIES:
Length Of Stay - Thirty (30) night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 2 pets per suite permitted, maximum 25 pounds each. (Please note that pets must be carried through common areas). A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Parking - One parking space per suite is included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

After some investigation I contacted Nova Oliphant, a DelSuites representative, who suggested one of their two bedroom units at the DelSuites location in Markham, and she kindly arranged a pre-rental review of the facility. We moved in shortly after and I can honestly say that I have totally enjoyed the experience. A beautiful secure facility with a great swimming pool(the grandkids loved it), excellent workout room, and good cleaning services. Fully furnished with excellent internet and cable facilities. Nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this facility to anyone without hesitation. Just as important was the desire and ability of the DelSuite staff to address any issue, no matter how small. Thanks to Katherine Weterings and Kimberley Feather for their help and assistance. A special thanks to Nova Oliphant whom I found to be one of the most pleasant, efficient, and accommodating young ladies I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Nova for arranging the two last minute extensions without much notice.I recommend this product

Even though it was a winter but it was very much enjoyable. I was staying with my wife and 2 year old. The lobby is big and good for walk. Also there is a swimming pool..which i didnt use but many people were enjoying it. There is a theater and they play kids movie. Gym is also good..you get parking. The building is big and 2 phases so initially you get lost but then it will be OK . Good heating and furniture. Beds are also good. Quality stuff. Good weekly cleaning .. I will surely recommended this place.. Much better then Hilton suites in kind of space. You will love your STAY!

Wonderful, helpful staff that really made our stay enjoyable. All questions and concerns were always addressed and any issues we had were always solved. We loved our furnished condo! The Markham location was perfect however need to have a car to travel. Thank you!!I recommend this product
