Length Of Stay - Thirty (30) night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 2 pets per suite permitted. (Please note that pets must be small enough to carry through common areas). A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Smoking - DelSuites provides 100% smoke free accommodations. We do not permit smoking in the suites and balconies..
Parking - One parking space per suite is included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

We stayed 4 months at the Forest Vista location near STC in Scarborough during our major home renovations. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes away from the house making it easy for me to check in on the project, the condo itself was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom which was perfect and so very comfortable, we very much appreciated the cleaning team every 2 weeks who offered hotel-like services, if we needed something fixed or simply some assistance with something within the condo, it was serviced/responded to within 24-48 hours and I very much enjoyed the amenities of the building. The staff at the condo were also wonderful and accommodating. The condo itself would benefit from a few upgrades however, that is more cosmetic and I'm sure that will come in time. Thank you everyone for an extremely fantastic stay.
Rooms: Clean and the beds are very comfortable. I also worked from home therefore I very much appreciated the office space in my bedroom.
Nearby activities: The amenities in the building are wonderful. They were just adding/replace some new equipment the last week we were there.
Walkability: Great proximity (5-7 minutes) to FreshCo, Shoppers, the bank and STC.I recommend this product Share this review:    |

It was just at the beggining of our summer holidays so it was stressful to have to move during this time. The del suits location at forest vista was a great place to rest while our home was in chaos.
The rooms are very large, the beds are large and the view was wonderful. We were able to stay as a family with two kids ages 8 to 13. They had a great time since we were located in a building with plenty of amenities. Being located so close to the STC and grocery shopping changed our driving lifestyle to a walking lifestyle since everything is walkable!
The movie theater and close restaurants were a great escape for us during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely for space.
In suite laundry was so helpful along with the by weekly cleaning service. It made our summer away from home a fun vacation.
I will miss the view and the sky over the woods.I recommend this product
