DelSuites' in-house maintenance team is available to coordinate any repairs needed in your suite 24/7 and all bills are emailed to the owner free of charge.
The preventative maintenance carried out in all suites aims to tackle potentially expensive repairs before they become an issue, thus maximizing the owner's profits as an investor.

DelSuites payment are done "worry-free" via EFT - deposited straight into the owner's bank account on the 1st of every month (except if falls on Statuatory holidays).

Time Investment

Credit checks are not enough
Credit checks will not give the owner insight as to what type of tenant they are dealing with. Clean or dirty, quiet or noisy, respectful of common areas and amenities or not. If anything comes up, Property Management will come to the owner for answers and potenatial damage costs.
