Our fully furnished short-term rentals come with soft sheets and lush towels, but also the small important touches: a full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen with bakeware, dishes, and coffee maker included; a welcome starter package (kleenex, toilet paper, paper towel, light bulbs, garbage bags and dish soap); and a clothes iron so you can look your best.

We bring the important touches of a home—bathrobes, nightlights, hairdryers, hangers, and more—so you can travel light and worry less.

Our grocery service($) lets you place an order for all your favourite foods beforehand and arrive to find them in your fridge.

Every DelSuites unit is cleaned and sanitized between guest visits. Our supply closet is equipped with broom, vacuum, and other basics in case of any sudden spills.

Our proactive approach to maintenance and inspections means your unit will be delivered to you in perfect shape, and our Guest Services team—and army of accredited tradespeople—are on call for any issues that arise during your stay, large or small.

Every one of our suites has 24-hour building security and a concierge service to help you navigate the neighbourhood and keep your suite private and secure, and select suites include a personally encoded suite intrusion alarm system.

Our units have access to underground, secured parking spaces for your vehicle so you can park with peace of mind.

There’s no need to set up a roaming plan with your phone provider. All our units offer upgraded, secure wireless internet and unlimited local and long-distance calling within Canada and the United States, so you can connect all you like without the extra phone bill.
