Packages will be held at the Concierge Desk and a notice will be placed on your mailbox and/or a voicemail left in your suite. For larger deliveries, the items must be delivered directly to your suite and the loading dock/moving elevator must be booked. Please contact your DelSuites representative to assist with the arrangements.
smoke_free
Smoking is NOT permitted in the suite or balcony. Kindly smoke in designated areas outside of the building. Smoking in the suite/balcony is subject to a $1000 cleaning fee plus any damages.
Smoke detectors are NEVER to be disconnected for any reason. There is a fee for the disconnection and reconnection of fire alarm speakers, smoke detectors, heat detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
security
Security is not authorized to allow access to your suite if you lose your keys. Please ensure you have them with you at all times and call DelSuites regarding any suite access matters.
Unlike a hotel, your suite door will not automatically lock when you close it. It is necessary to use your suite key to lock the door when you leave.
Please keep in mind that DelSuites manages your suite, but not the property. Security and Property Management personnel are not employed by DelSuites, and are not equipped to handle any non-emergency inquiries from DelSuites' Guests.
Only authorized DelSuites personnel have access to your suite, as well as property management/Building Security to carry out regular building maintenance and in the event of an emergency. When building maintenance activities are required, advance notice will be given to you wherever possible. Please watch for notices posted in elevators, corridors or delivered directly to the suite.
If you would like to use the suite security system, please call us at 416-296-8838 to arrange for a DelSuites representative to come to your suite to change the code.

When the fire alarm sounds in the building an announcement will be made once the Fire Department arrives on site and determines the nature of the alarm. You may wish to stay in the suite to hear the announcements before deciding to leave the suite. If you decide the leave the suite, first check the door to ensure there is no heat or smoke coming from it. Open the door and if there is no fire or smoke, close and secure the door taking the keys with you. Proceed to the nearest EXIT and take the stairs to the lobby. The elevators will not be operating during the alarm. Once the alarm has been investigated, an announcement will be made to update the building.
If the door is hot, do NOT open it. Soak some towels with water, roll them and place them at the base of the door. Fill the bath tub with water as well. Call Security at 416-637-8220 or 911 to let them know where you are.
If your smoke detector goes off in your suite, do NOT open your suite door as it may set off the building fire alarm. If cooking, turn on the fan over the stove top and turn off the heat source. You can also open the balcony door for air circulation. Building Security may contact you to reset the alarm panel in your suite. Contact DelSuites if there are any damages to report. Sofabed linens are in the bedroom closet. Please ensure that the mattress cover is used and that the linens and mattress cover are NOT left on the sofabed when not in use. When sofabed linens are used, leave them out of their package, and your Housekeeper will replace them on your next cleaning day.

The furniture in your suite has been placed in the optimum location for each piece. Any relocation of furniture does require the authorization and presence of a DelSuites representative; any special requirement will be considered. Due to damage to walls, we cannot allow Guests to hang additional items on walls or to relocate wall art in the suite.
do_not_disturb
A thorough inspection was completed prior to your arrival to ensure that the condition of your suite is without damage and all contents provided are in excellent working order. We ask that you take a moment to walk through your suite and contact our office should you detect any deficiencies. We do not charge for minor breakage of dishes but would ask that you call us – or simply leave a note for the Housekeeper – if you break a glass or similar item, so that we can replace it for you. On your departure date, a written inspection will be done to report any damages or missing items. DelSuites agrees to provide you with immediate notification of any found damages or missing items and will advise you of the cost for repair or replacement where necessary.
accessibility
Our suites are designed to provide temporary accommodation. We cannot, therefore, provide space for your own furniture. If you are between permanent homes, we must also ask that you arrange an alternate location for any large containers or boxes that must be stored, other than your luggage.
Your personal belongings are not insured under DelSuites contents and liability policy. Your home insurance would apply; if you do not have home insurance at this time, we suggest you contact an insurance company to arrange temporary coverage of your personal belongings, as DelSuites cannot be held responsible for them.
